Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic Planning

DEI work has limited success unless it is systematically woven into the fabric of organizations. This requires grounding the work in the organization’s mission, strategic planning that begins with leadership, ongoing review of policies and procedures, and clear messaging about DEI goals and expectations of community members as lifelong learners.


Approach

Martha offers comprehensive and systemic DEI action planning, leveled training and assessment. The work is custom designed to build DEI awareness, skills, and practices for greater equity and inclusion. She works on the personal, the group, and the institutional levels with leadership, boards, employees, and all other constituents in organizations nation-wide.
